What happens during a session?
You will work with your Executive Coach to identify what you would like to discuss and accomplish in each of your executive coaching sessions. Ideas may including determining and aligning your personal values with your organization’s values, identifying your passion, completing a leadership assessment, preparing a “time audit” to ensure your priorities are reflected accordingly in your schedule, and may extend to completing SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats) for your department or organization, developing and executing the organization’s mission statement, etc.
